Residential Supervisor (Weymouth) – RFK Community Alliance

Join our dedicated team at RFK Community Alliance, where your talent in youth service fuels brighter futures for our youth. We are seeking a passionate Residential Supervisor to support and lead our youth service team.

Base pay: $24.00/hr – $26.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience).

Sign‑On Bonus: $2,500 ($500 after 3 months, $500 after 6 months, $1,500 after 12 months).

Full‑time, 40 hours per week.

Location:

Lancaster, MA.

• Provide direct care responsibilities on assigned shift.
• Lead shift in the absence of the Program Coordinator.
• Implement assigned weekend day master schedule.
• Supervise direct care staff.
• Manage shift operations and support youth during emotionally charged situations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing a high‑paced, emotionally charged treatment environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and maturity; capable of working effectively with a range of staff.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Services or related field.
• Minimum of one year residential experience.
