We’re looking for a Residential Supervisor who’s ready to bring energy, creativity, and heart to our youth service team. If you’re dependable, motivated, and love being part of a mission-driven organization — we want to hear from you!

A Residential Supervisor is an individual who has direct care responsibility on his/her assigned shift but is trained to provide shift leadership in the absence of the Program Coordinator.

• Implementation of the assigned weekend day master schedule.
• Supervisory management of assigned shifts in the absence of the Program Coordinator.
• Supervision of assigned direct care staff.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Can manage a high paced and emotionally charged treatment environment
• Effectively work with a range of staff while also demonstrating leadership and maturity
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in related Human Service Field
• One year minimum residential experience

$2,500 Sign-On Bonus!

This position is eligible for the RFK Community Alliance Sign-On Incentive in the amount of $2,500 in your first year of employment. You will receive $500 after 3 months; $500 after 6 months; $1,500 after 12 months.
