Overview

Join the RN-Clinic Float (Full Time) role at North Country Healthcare and support patient care in a community hospital setting. The position offers a $5,000 commencement bonus, student loan repayment, and relocation assistance if needed.

The Registered Nurse (RN) manages individualized patient care by promoting and restoring health through the nursing process. The RN collaborates with physicians, multidisciplinary team members, and provides physical and psychological support to patients, families, and friends. The RN supervises assigned team members and reports directly to the Nurse Manager and ultimately the Chief Nursing Officer.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current New Hampshire nursing license

• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (PALS preferred)

• Proficient oral and written communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time‑management skills

• Current clinical experience preferred

• Commencement bonus up to $5,000

• Relocation assistance (if necessary)

• Mandatory three‑day orientation at Weeks Medical Center in Lancaster, NH

• Travel reimbursement (if Weeks Medical Center is not the designated home base)

• Travel reimbursement in accordance with the standard travel policy
