Job Summary

As an LNA at NCHHHA, you will provide individualized, quality care to Home Health and Hospice patients in the comfort of their own home. You will assist patients and caregivers in performing activities of daily living, ensuring their personal care needs are met. Our LNAs are integral to a dynamic, multi‑disciplinary team, maintain a high level of autonomy, and work to the top of your license.

You will enjoy a flexible workday, with an option to start and end your day from home. Strong clinical support, educational resources, and support in obtaining certifications are provided.

Essential Qualifications

Must be a licensed nursing assistant and hold a current BLS certification. The successful applicant also must have excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills and be able to multi‑task. A valid driver’s license and an automobile that is insured in accordance with state organization requirements and is in good working order are required. Experience is not required; we are willing to train the right applicant.
