Job Description:

We are looking to add a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to our family. Our GSS will be responsible for driving top-notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store level tasks. Responsibilities
  • Supervise employees ensuring they perform all job duties as assigned by management.
  • Coach employees by providing constructive feedback to improve performance.
  • Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Operate the point of sale system following corporate standards; maintain proper cash levels.
  • Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal).
  • Execute all guest service programs and processes 24/7.
  • Handle cash processes, including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
  • Replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions.
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints.
  • Check in external and internal vendors according to guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Efficiency and organizational skills.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to access all store areas and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to work in intermittent temperatures.
Education

High School Diploma or GED required.
