Accounting & Invoicing Specialist

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner
• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
• Reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve billing issues
• Maintain up-to-date financial records and documentation
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy and efficiency
• Support the accounting team while learning the ins and outs of the department

• Proven experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping (2+ years preferred)
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Excel, Word)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Strong work ethic with the highest degree of honesty, integrity, and discretion
• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
