• Efficiently handle inbound service inquiries from new and existing customers.
• Engage with existing customers to discover new needs involving insurance and financial services.
• Professionally follow up and close on opportunities provided from agent and company advertising and marketing.
• Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Successful track record of meeting goals/quotas preferred.
• Self‑motivated.
• Proactive in problem solving.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Must be available to work Monday‑Friday, 9am‑5pm, No Weekends.
