Job OverviewThe Neuroscience District Sales Manager will lead sales efforts in the Cincinnati district, focusing on neuroscience and psychiatric medications. This role involves team leadership, strategic planning, and building relationships with healthcare providers.
Responsibilities- Manage and develop a team of specialty sales representatives.
- Achieve sales targets and expand market share within the district.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
- Travel up to 75% within the district.
- Bachelor's Degree; advanced degrees preferred.
- 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, with 4+ years in sales management.
- Experience in CNS, psychiatry, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, or related specialties.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Ability to meet credentialing requirements.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Reside near a major airport within the district.
- Experience in startup or small company environments preferred.
- Ability to adapt and remain flexible in an innovative work environment.
