- BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales performance
- Strong computer skills and experience with sales platforms and business intelligence tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong sales disposition
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record; must reside within the assigned territory
- Master’s degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
- Familiarity with close‑door or specialty pharmacy distribution
- Proven ability to navigate complex accounts across varied care sites
- Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments
