Compensation: $61,000-$65,000
$2,500 Sign on Bonus

Working directly in communities, bringing hope and healing to youth and families that need it, they deliver life‑changing mental and health services to youth and their families referred by schools, healthcare providers, Family and Children First councils, county courts and more.

Under the general supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, you will help youth and families overcome challenges, working toward the ultimate goal of living safely and successfully in their community.

• Provide individual, group, and family mental‑health therapy, case management, transportation, and other professional services to clients served.
• Travel daily to provide community‑based services to and on behalf of youth and families in compliance with organizational, contract, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor services for the youth and family in community mental‑health, medical, educational, psychological, vocational, and social services.
• Regularly review and modify youth‑based plans to assure consistent progress and success on written plan goals.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned foster parents and families of origin.
• Assist in family reunification and/or stabilization efforts with the youth’s primary family or other permanent living arrangement consistent with the youth’s case plan.
• Provide safety assessment, crisis response, and behavioral stabilization services as required to assure safety and stability for youth served.

• Master’s degree in Social Work or comparable human‑services field from an accredited institution.
• LSW or LPC required.
• Experience in providing both individual and family therapy.
• Experience working directly with youth and families strongly preferred.
• Experience with TF‑CBT preferred.
• Daily travel required with willingness to meet clients on a flexible schedule or during non‑traditional hours if needed.
• Comfortable providing services in the community and in client homes.
• Capacity to work respectfully and sensitively with persons from various cultures, socioeconomic, ethnic, religious, and racial backgrounds.
• Good computer and technology skills.
• Willingness to accept other job duties as assigned.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Good driving record.
• Minimum automobile insurance coverage of $100,000/$300,000 bodily‑injury liability.
