• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, handling, shipping, and securing goods and company tools.
• Implement and enforce safety and health guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse staff based on workload and priorities.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control, including physical counts and system reconciliation.
• Maintain company tools, warehouse equipment, and vehicles—scheduling repairs and inspections as needed.
• Coordinate with in-house and outside parties to ensure proper care, upkeep, and maintenance of the building and surrounding lot(s).
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve warehouse efficiency.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to warehouse operations.
• Prepare and submit performance reports to the Warehouse/Operations Manager and/or senior management.

• Proven experience in warehouse management.
• Proficiency in inventory software and strong understanding of warehouse processes.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pull and back up a trailer.
• Forklift Certified.
• CDL (Preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
