The Battery Technician EV Teardown is responsible for providing a safe, proper, and complete teardown of electric vehicle batteries for further processing on the Lithium Line.

• Ensure health and safety is the number one goal by following warehouse safety procedures and processes.
• Daily set up of equipment.
• Daily inspections of electrical tools and power protective equipment.
• Tear down electric vehicle batteries for processing according to SOPs.
• Sort battery components into correct storage containers.
• Properly label containers for storage and shipment.
• Comply with all environmental, health and safety regulations.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Frequently lift 10-40 pounds individually, and over 40 pounds with a team member.
• Forklift experience.
• Basic electrical experience.
• Ability to operate equipment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Attention to detail.
• Teamwork and communication skills.

• High School Diploma or GED.
