Entry Operator

We offer competitive pay starting at $22.13/hour.

Hours:

Employees will have 12-hour swing shift rotation schedules as follows:

6AM-6PM

6PM-6AM

$500 sign-on bonus after 180 calendar days actively working.

As an Entry Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing the closure (cap) production lines through observations, quality checks, and manual machine maintenance. Great opportunity for growth and promotion.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain equipment.
• Conduct quality checks and react to quality issues.
• Maintain great communication skills and collaborate with all departments.
• Exhibit excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Work independently and with team members comfortably.
• Assist in maintenance activities and operate additional skills such as forklift/tow motor if skilled.
• Complete daily housekeeping tasks and perform monthly safety audits.

Job Requirements & Skillsets:

• Mechanical aptitude with skills working with pulleys, conveyors, and motors.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and work up to twelve (12) hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, with flexibility for organizational needs.
• Commitment to fully comply with all OSHA safety rules and regulations and to uphold quality standards.
