• Directly supervise approximately 40 team members and hold them accountable for job duties and overall performance.
• Hire, interview, onboard, train, and develop hourly team members.
• Build team member schedules and upload them into Hot Schedules.
• Enforce all company standards, policies, and applicable laws.
• Manage and delegate tasks critical to the operation of the sports bar.
• Maintain bar compliance with licensing, work authorization, and wage and hour laws.
• Emphasize safety, sanitation, and security awareness and ensure proper training of all team members.
• Conduct daily line and equipment checks and keep the restaurant clean, meeting Health Department and Corporate audit standards.
• Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation for the sports bar.
• Prevent cross‑contamination and improper food handling or storage practices through training and supervision.
• Resolve escalated conflicts or guest complaints.
• Follow cash handling and payment processing procedures and policies.
• Produce daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
• Optimize store profit by managing labor and cost of goods/inventory.
• Provide clear, respectful, and constructive feedback to team members and enforce disciplinary action when needed.
• Exercise sound judgment in escalated issues/concerns to prevent or diffuse potential risk situations.
• Increase sales through community involvement, promotions, and fundraising, and deliver outstanding guest satisfaction by exceeding expectations.
• Takes ownership, pride, and responsibility in overall operation and performance.
• Additional duties as assigned by leadership.

• Minimum of one year of experience in restaurant management or supervision, preferably in a high‑volume, full‑service restaurant.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Reliable source of transportation.
• Serv Safe certification recommended.
• Proficient understanding of food allergens and ability to obtain a Food Handler Card.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals, heat‑and‑cool units, and walk‑in freezers.
• Ability to lift 10‑50 lbs, lift overhead, and work a fast pace and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multi‑tasking skills.
• Ability to take direction and constructive feedback from leadership.
• Professional demeanor under pressure with confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Positive, friendly personality and good guest communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service focus and guest‑satisfaction delivery.
• Basic math skills for currency calculations.
• Ability to use computers (Windows, POS, etc.).
