Overview

Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) (T0990) n to apply for this role. The starting hourly rate is $16.75 USD per hour with a pay range of $16.75 - $25.15 per hour.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and to support guest needs.
• Sort and push freight to the salesfloor; locate merchandise in the backroom according to business needs.
• Set and maintain visual presentations and merchandising guides to support the guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising with proper signing.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service is returned to the salesfloor promptly.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) and comply with applicable laws, including adult beverage laws where relevant.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and helping solve their needs.
• Engage with guests to resolve specific needs and thank them for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Enjoy interacting with guests and fellow team members; capable of working in a fast-moving, active environment.
• Flexible schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and peak times).

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate using multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and related technology.
• Effective communication; ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; lift up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally with or without assistance.
• Work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain mobility throughout shift lengths that may vary.
