We are looking for music and pop culture enthusiasts to create the best experience for our customers. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll provide excellent customer service, share your fandom knowledge, stock and merchandise the store, and contribute to a vibrant shopping environment.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty.
• Maintain visual standards in your assigned sales floor zones.
• Operate the register, process transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram updates and merchandising.
• Share fashion and music trend information with management and HQ.
• Work with store management to prevent theft and ensure store security.
• Help organize stock rooms and keep the store tidy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience is preferred, especially if you love music and pop culture.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 16 years old to join the team.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
