The anticipated rate for this position is $17.00 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Associates and their families are eligible to participate in a limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short‑term disability program. Eligible Associates can enroll in the company’s 401(k) plan. Associates can accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (including PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays).

Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law. Working hours are respectful schedules during operating hours of 6 am – 10 pm.

• Provide a great experience for our customers.
• Handle various sales transactions.
• Encourage customers to participate in company programs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Adherence to attendance policy is necessary.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist, and to safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Physical ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and to stand/move for the entire shift.
