Execute merchandising standards for national retail partners by building strong in-store relationships and supporting retail operations.
- Implement planograms and set shelves according to established guidelines.
- Stock, rotate, and organize inventory to maintain product freshness and availability.
- Place and maintain signage to ensure accurate product presentation.
- Ensure merchandising meets company and client requirements.
- Collect in-store data, take photos, and submit results using mobile tools.
- Coordinate with store personnel to support smooth execution of merchandising tasks.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a field environment.
- Strong organization and merchandising accuracy.
- Comfort using mobile tools to document and report work.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with store staff.
