Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located at our dealership in Lancaster, OH. Responsibilities include assisting customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs, delivering exceptional customer service, and facilitating vehicle purchases or lease agreements. You will also handle inquiries, showcase vehicle features, maintain a thorough understanding of our inventory, and develop positive relationships with customers to ensure a satisfying experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Sales experience and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Knowledge of automobiles, including features, specifications, and financing options
• Time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Confidence in working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adopt a consultative sales approach to understand and fulfill customer needs
• A valid driver's license and ability to operate vehicles safely
• Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing role is a plus
