ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. I’ve been with State Farm for 30 years, bringing decades of experience and industry knowledge to both our customers and team. I’m a proud graduate of The Ohio State University in Columbus, where I earned my B.A. Outside of work, I’m married with two children and love spending time outdoors.

I’m also a big Buckeyes fan - my son is currently a junior at Ohio State, and my daughter is a proud Marine veteran.

Giving back is incredibly important to me. For the past seven years, I’ve volunteered with Meals on Wheels through Fairfield County’s Hub senior community. I’m also involved with Rotary and enjoy participating in local events and finding ways to serve and support the community around us.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Jesse Jones - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
