Description
Accurate Heating, Cooling and Plumbing is looking for a Residential Service Technician. This position is based in Lancaster/Circleville Ohio.

JOB OVERVIEW
The Residential Service Tech will be the face of Accurate to our customers as you deliver outstanding customer service. Technician's installs, maintains, and repairs Residential HVAC equipment to ensure optimal indoor air quality and comfort.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Work independently to diagnose and troubleshoot operational and performance issues with HVAC equipment.Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.Communicate with customers regarding repairs needed/completed.Recommend Indoor Air Quality solutions to customers such as Humidifiers, Air Purifiers, UV lights, upgraded filtration.Use technology to record service ticket information, communicate with Customer Service Representative and order parts.Support after-hours and weekend on-call service rotation.REQUIREMENTS
EPA 608 Refrigerant Certification, Universal preferred.2+ years' experience in the industry.10 hr. OSHA card, preferred.NATE certification, preferred.Knowledge of fundamentals of how residential heaters, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment operate and function.Ability to mentor and train less-experienced team members.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs.Ability to work in confined spaces and to maneuver in attics, basements, and crawl spaces to access HVAC units.Ability to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.Natural or corrected vision to see and focus on close, distance, and peripheral vision with normal depth perception.Work assignments may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation to a known disability.QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent customer service skills.High school diploma or GED.Valid Driver’s License, and clean driving record.
