The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables), and familiarity with ERP systems such as Net Suite or Dayforce. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred, with CPA/candidate status a plus.
