Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant will support the company’s accounting operations, ensure accurate financial

reporting, and assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. This role requires a detail oriented

and motivated professional with strong organizational and analytical skills. The position reports

directly to the Controller and will be a key contributor to the Finance team.

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with GAAP.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including invoice processing and collections.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support audit processes, including preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests.
• Collaborate with other Finance team members on financial reporting and analysis.
• Assist in improving accounting processes and internal controls.
• Support ad-hoc projects as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public company environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Net Suite a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

• Exposure to corporate reporting.
• Knowledge of internal controls and experience supporting audits or SOX compliance.
