Physician owned and led primary care group in Southeastern PA. 45 physicians, 15 CRNP. Candidates are employed for 2 years then opportunity for ownership. Value based practice. Base salary plus incentive based on cash collections. Expect to start earning productivity bonuses within your first two quarters of employment
