Nursing Coordinator / Hiring Specialist
Providence Place of Lancaster (Assisted Living) is seeking to recruit a dynamic Full-Time Nursing Coordinator / Hiring Specialist. The Nursing Coordinator / Hiring Specialist reports to the Director of Nursing and is responsible for screening, interviewing, and onboarding new co-workers. This position will also be direct care certified and will train new caregivers, assist with nursing processes, scheduling and manage open positions.
Starting at $50K, based on experience
Hours/
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, occasional evenings or weekends required. This position will be part of the Manager on Duty weekend rotation.

Education &
Qualifications:
- High School Degree or GED required.
- Prior caregiving experience preferred.
- Computer Software including Microsoft Office required.
