American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Neonatal ICU (NICU II) position requiring NRP certification and experience with high-risk deliveries and ventilator management.
Details- Work in the NICU II unit caring for high-risk neonatal patients
- Attend high-risk deliveries and provide care involving vents, CPAP/BiPAP, feeding tubes, chest tubes, central lines/PICC, syringe pumps, and blood administration
- Nurse to patient ratio of 1:2
- Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours per week
- Float to LDRP and Antepartum units as needed
- No on-call responsibilities
- Active RN license (PA state or compact)
- Current BLS and NRP certifications required
- NICU experience required
- Provide specialized neonatal intensive care including high-risk delivery attendance and ventilator/respiratory support management
- Required to work every third weekend and holidays
- Facility maintains a tobacco-free campus policy and substance abuse/drug-free workplace
