Express Lube Technician

Join to apply for the Express Lube Technician role at Mills Automotive Group in Lancaster, SC. This is a full‑time position at our brand‑new Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership.

The selected candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate within the range of $16‑$20 per hour, paid semimonthly. Benefits include paid training, health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, degree‑at‑work opportunities, and employee discounts on vehicles and services.

• Perform basic maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks and brake inspections.
• Read, understand and perform requested services as outlined in repair orders.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
• Keep records of all repairs and services performed.
• Check vehicle service history, perform virtual multi‑point and video inspections.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Work toward certifications and training through Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram’s technician development programs.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical knowledge or vocational training (preferred, but not required).
• Knowledge of automotive technology and repair methods.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in a fast‑paced and physically demanding environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Detail‑oriented with good organizational skills.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and team‑oriented mindset.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
