The Sales Associate / Product Specialist at Classic CDJR Lancaster is responsible for assisting customers in purchasing new or used vehicles. They will provide excellent customer service, demonstrate product knowledge, and guide customers through the sales process.

Classic CDJR Lancaster — Lancaster, SC — Full Time

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and preferences, and recommend suitable vehicles
• Explain product features and benefits to customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Conduct test drives and accompany customers on vehicle inspections
• Negotiate prices with customers and finalize sales
• Process relevant paperwork and complete sales transactions
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of automotive industry trends and products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and follow up post-sale

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Knowledge of automotive industry and vehicles
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Valid driver's license
