Title:

HR Assistant. Time Type:
Full Time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provides support for the recruiting process (e.g., schedule interviews, send background checks, attend job fairs/recruitment events as needed, conduct drug tests and contact select candidates).
  • Coordinates the new hire orientation process, including scheduling orientation, preparing orientation paperwork, creating employee files and completing I‑9 compliance.
  • Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
  • Provides support on auditing, review and processing of paperwork and forms.
  • Participates in special projects and initiatives, including engagement programs, job fairs and HR assessments.
  • Maintains confidentiality and performs all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supports company Open Enrollment period to ensure smooth processing.
  • Supports payroll processing.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year of Human Resources / payroll / clerical experience preferred.
Computer Skills
  • Microsoft Office.
Language Skills
  • Local language required.
Other Skills
  • Results‑oriented.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
  • Attention to detail and ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Flexible with shifting priorities and business needs, including working a flexible schedule to support the business.
