Carpenter Foreman; Lancaster, TX

Holder Construction is seeking a Carpenter Foreman level associate to join our project in Lancaster, TX.

• Lead a carpentry crew to complete daily tasks at the jobsite
• Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion
• Monitor production schedules and crew attendance
• Step in to assist the team in completing tasks or projects as needed

• Approximately 10 years of construction experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to read basic drawings
• Training on construction safety protocols (e.g., OSHA 10, fall protection, mobile elevated platforms such as boom and scissor lifts)
• Forklift operator training is a plus

• Able to stand or walk for long periods; use hands/arms to reach and manipulate objects
• Able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and work on uneven surfaces/heights
• Able to read/write; good vision and hearing with or without correction
• Lift and carry materials weighing 50–100 lb (typical)
• Work outdoors in an OSHA-compliant environment; overtime and weekend hours may be required
• Punctual and reliable
