Bridor combines French baking expertise with advanced manufacturing technology to produce premium breads, croissants, and pastries for restaurants, hotels, cafés, retailers, and food service customers throughout North America.
Our North American expansion includes investments in new facilities, production lines, and manufacturing equipment. We are seeking an Engineering Project Manager – Process Equipment to help deliver these projects and develop the equipment standards that support our continued growth.

As Bridor’s owner representative, you will coordinate equipment suppliers, building engineering partners, contractors, and plant teams while managing schedules, budgets, and technical requirements. External engineering partners perform much of the detailed engineering; you will guide and review their work to ensure it meets Bridor’s production needs and design standards.
Projects include greenfield food manufacturing facilities, brownfield expansions within operating plants, and green production-line installations. The role requires engineering judgment, consistent follow-through, and the ability to move projects forward across multiple teams.
