• Lead HR projects like new job creation, annual reviews, change management, and succession planning.
• Analyze and recommend compensation decisions for job offers, transfers, and promotions.
• Use data insights from surveys and interviews to shape talent strategies.
• Coach leaders on employee development and team performance.

• 5+ years in strategic HR planning experience
• Proven leadership development and project management skills.
