Warehouse Forklift AGV Operator 1st Shift

Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time AGV Operator/Technician in Lancaster, Texas. The role involves operating AGV forklifts and supporting warehouse operations in a safe and efficient manner.

Position Details

• Pay: Hourly $22.00
• Schedule: Days 6:00 am – 6:00 pm; rotating (Sunday‑Wednesday or Wednesday‑Saturday)
• Location: Lancaster, TX 75134

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
• Minimum 2 years of powered industrial lift experience
• Ability to read, do basic math, understand instructions, lift up to 50 lbs unassisted, input data, work overtime, work independently or as a team
• Certified powered industrial truck operator preferred
• Safety‑sensitive position

Responsibilities

• Provide corrective maintenance to AGV units
• Manually override or complete failed AGV jobs
• Track and report issues, initiate escalation
• Follow safety and security policies
• Perform other duties as assigned, including training as needed
