Pay | $19.75/hr
Schedule | Monday‑Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (occasional Saturday overtime)
Essential FunctionsYou’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient workflow. Key tasks include monitoring team performance, setting up Arpac machines, performing changeovers, clearing jams, and troubleshooting breakdowns. You’ll also verify code dates, component counts, and ensure no excess materials remain on the floor. Cross‑training and helping onboard new team members are also part of this dynamic role.
Qualifications- 2+ years of machine operation experience
- Experience in repack production required
- Minimum 1 year of team lead or supervisory experience
- Comfortable lifting 25‑50 lbs occasionally
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
