Holder Construction is seeking Carpenters for a new project in Lancaster, TX.

The perfect candidate is a team player who thrives in a challenging yet fast‑paced and supported environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of teamwork, the ability to work independently, handle multiple projects at one time while remaining flexible, and work within tight deadlines.

• Construct and maintain safety handrails and hole protection, steps and gang ladders, temporary weather enclosures and protection.
• Saw, strip, nail, burn, measure, tighten/loosen bolts, drill and other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• 3+ years of construction experience and must be able to read basic drawings and have training on construction safety protocols (i.e. OSHA 10, fall protection, mobile elevated platform).
• Must be able to read/write, have the ability to see & hear well either naturally or with correction.
• Must be able to lift and carry materials weighing 50-100 lbs., 75% of the time.
• High school diploma or GED are a plus, strong time management skills.
• Agile/mobile, remain alert, stand/walk long periods, use fingers/ hands & arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, other objects, work on uneven surfaces/heights.
• Work outside, able to work overtime and weekend hours. Punctuality and promptness required every day.
