Holder is recruiting an Operator for our project in Lancaster, TX. The perfect person for this job is a team player who thrives in a challenging and fast‑paced, supported environment.

• Assist field supervision with moving of material in a safe manner and perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management.

• 1 year of experience plus equipment operator certifications.
• Understanding of safety and general constructability knowledge.
• Ability to work side by side with the team and demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks, maintain professionalism, and use critical thinking to solve issues.
• OSHA 10 training at minimum / OSHA 30 preferred.
• Forklift (all kinds) certification; proof of forklift certification is required.
• Equipment, fall protection, and mobile elevated work platform (boom and scissor) training.
• Experience operating a skid steer and water truck is preferred.
• Must satisfactorily pass a DMV check.
• Punctuality and promptness required every day.
• Must be able to pass a project‑specific background check.

• Agile/mobile, remain alert.
• Stand or walk for long periods; use fingers, hands & arms to reach, handle, and manipulate objects.
• Climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects; work on uneven surfaces and heights.
• Read/write and have the ability to see & hear well, with or without correction.
• Lift and carry materials weighing 50-100 lbs. 75% of the time.
• Work in an OSHA‑compliant safety environment, outdoors, and be willing to work overtime and weekend hours.
