Penske Logistics is seeking a full‑time local Class A CDL truck driver to linehaul freight from Lancaster, TX to Abilene, TX and back. The driver will operate a late‑model Penske truck, home daily and receive every Friday payment.
Immediate Opportunity with an average annual salary of $71,656.
- Linehaul from Lancaster, TX to Abilene, TX and back
Monday through Friday with a 5:00 pm dispatch. Home daily.

- Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
- Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non‑excepted interstate DOT medical card required.
- 1 year of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years in the last 5 years.
- 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
- English language proficiency required.
- Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
- Position regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive; ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner required.
- See and hear. Vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Move frequently, stand, walk, and sit. Use hands to touch, handle, feel, and reach. Lift up to 50 lbs/23 kg, occasionally up to 100 lbs/45 kg.
- Legally operate a motor vehicle and safely enter/exit vehicle and rear cargo area.
