Swift Transportation is now hiring CDL-A drivers for a paid trainee OTR opportunity based out of Lancaster, TX. Ifyou'verecently earned your CDL-A and are ready to gain real-world experience, this is your chance to hit the road with a professional mentor and build a successful career with one of the nation's leading carriers.
Through our mentorship program,you'llreceive hands‑on over‑the‑road training, industry‑leading support, and the opportunity to develop the skills needed to become a successful professional driver.

• $850 Average Weekly Pay in Lancaster, TX during training

Upon successful completion of the training program, drivers transition to the applicable trip, hourly, ordaily‑based compensation program.
After successfully upgrading to solo status, eligible OTR Company Drivers are guaranteed to earn at least $1,000 per week during their first
