Snelling is hiring Warehouse Specialist I team members for its distribution hub in Lancaster, Texas. This role is responsible for picking, packing, staging, and shipping orders; receiving and storing inventory; replenishing picking locations; and maintaining an organized, safe warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities- Pick, pack, palletize, and stage products for shipment.
- Verify orders and shipment quantities for accuracy.
- Load and unload trailers safely.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming products in designated locations.
- Replenish warehouse inventory and picking locations.
- Use handheld RF scanners to pick orders, track inventory, and record product information.
