• Lead audit assignments from planning to completion, meeting deadlines and compliance standards.
• Prepare and finalise statutory accounts and tax returns.
• Mentor and support junior staff to ensure high‑quality outputs.
• Maintain strong client relationships, responding to queries with professionalism.
• Organise workload effectively to meet managerial review deadlines.
• Log chargeable time accurately to support fee recovery.

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or actively working towards qualification). Qualified by experience will also be considered.
• Proven practice experience in audit and accounts is essential.

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented with excellent time management.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with cloud‑based accounting tools (e.g. Xero) is an advantage.
• A passion for delivering high‑quality service to SME clients.
