Audit Senior Lancaster £35,000 - £45,000 + Benefits Permanent Full-Time

Safer Hand Solutions are working in partnership with a leading national accountancy and business advisory firm to recruit an Audit Senior for their Lancaster office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced auditor looking to join a growing and highly respected firm that offers genuine career progression, flexible working, and exposure to a varied client portfolio.

The Role You'll take ownership of audit assignments from planning through to completion, working closely with a range of clients across multiple sectors. You'll build strong client relationships, support junior team members, and play a key role in delivering high-quality audit services.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and completing external audit assignments
• Managing audit fieldwork and client relationships
• Liaising directly with stakeholders throughout the audit process
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Working closely with colleagues across the wider business
• Delivering audits efficiently and to a high standard

About You

• Previous experience within External Audit
• Ideally gained within an accountancy practice
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Looking to continue developing your career within audit

Candidates who are slightly more junior or more senior will also be considered, with flexibility around level and salary for the right individual.
