Administrator – Lancaster

Full-Time | Permanent | £25,000–£27,000 | Office-Based

The Opportunity

This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with Partners, Managers and service line teams to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office.

You’ll be responsible for:

* Providing high-quality administrative support across multiple departments

* Producing letters, reports, presentations and documentation to a professional standard

* Supporting reception and front-of-house when required

* Assisting with preparation of client accounts documentation

* Managing scanning, filing and document control

* Using internal systems and software to support efficient operations

* Supporting ad-hoc tasks that keep the office running seamlessly

You’ll be a key part of the office — someone colleagues rely on and trust.

What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience in an administrative role (professional services experience beneficial but not essential)

* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel essential)

* Excellent organisational and time management skills

* A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks

* Confident communicator who can work with stakeholders at all levels

* Professional, positive and team-focused mindset
