Role Overview
Information Desk / Meet and Greet Volunteer – Royal Lancaster Infirmary. Volunteers play a vital role in welcoming patients, visitors and staff and providing a friendly hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide guidance and way finding to patients, visitors and staff around the main hospital site.
- Assist with the transportation of patients to and from appointments across the hospital site.
- Assist patients in obtaining basic information about the hospital and their appointment.
- Assist in ensuring the hospital environment is equipped to accommodate patients and visitors.
Volunteer role – no salary. Closing date: 11/06/2026 23:59.
