As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone. You will also be responsible for maintaining office organisation, managing documents, and supporting administrative tasks, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently in our fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding service as the first point of contact for clients, answering calls and greeting visitors with a professional and friendly demeanour.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facilities to uphold a professional and welcoming image.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring all documents meet standard requirements and are submitted in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support for client‑related tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the business.
- Passion for providing excellent client service and maintaining high standards.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a confident and approachable manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general IT literacy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
