Role Overview
This role provides executive support to the Dean of the Institute of Health, ensuring the smooth functioning of the Dean’s office and supporting the Senior Management Team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide executive support to the Dean, anticipating and resolving issues with a high level of discretion.
- Support the Senior Management Team in internal and external relations.
- Manage diaries, communications, travel arrangements, meeting support and event coordination.
- Carry out general administrative duties.
Experienced and confident administrator with outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills. Capable of engaging, exercising good judgement, engendering trust, communicating professionally and effectively with a range of stakeholders, and dealing with issues confidentially and diplomatically.
Able to work calmly under pressure, with close attention to detail and a flexible approach to changing priorities.
