Salary: £28,000 per annum + discretionary bonus scheme and other benefits.
Working hours:
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm, Wednesday 7:00am – 4:00pm.

Role OverviewSupport the Sales team and ensure the smooth processing of customer quotations. Organised, motivated individual with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare accurate and timely sales quotations using information from the Sales team.
- Ensure all quotation documents adhere to company standards and formatting requirements.
- Identify and flag inconsistencies, missing information, or clarification requirements.
- Suggest process or system efficiencies to support continuous improvement.
- Assist with general administrative and ad‑hoc duties as required.
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Strong organisational abilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
