Key Responsibilities:

As a Workshop Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the workshop. Your responsibilities will include:

Administrative Support:
Providing comprehensive administrative assistance to the workshop team, ensuring all documentation and records are maintained accurately.
Scheduling & Coordination:
Managing appointments, scheduling maintenance activities, and coordinating with various departments to facilitate seamless operations.
Communication:
Serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Inventory Management:
Assisting in monitoring stock levels and managing supplies to ensure the workshop is always well-equipped.
Reporting:
Compiling and maintaining records, reports, and databases as required to support workshop operations.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience:

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
