Medical Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and patient-focused Medical Receptionist to join our welcoming GP practice team.,

• Welcoming patients in person and on the telephone in a courteous and professional manner
• Managing appointment requests, including triage systems, cancellations and general enquiries
• Registering new patients and maintaining accurate, up-to-date patient records
• Handling sensitive and confidential information in line with GDPR and practice policies
• Processing clinical requests in line with practice protocols
• Supporting general reception and administrative duties
• Maintaining a calm, friendly and professional approach during busy periods
