We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to join a reputable main dealer group in Blackpool. • Competitive OTE of approximately £50,000
• Company car provided

• Full-time employment with scheduled days off, including one weekday and every third weekend off

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle requirements and present suitable options
• Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships to secure repeat business
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle specifications, promotions, and dealership products
• Ensure compliance with dealership standards and company policies

• Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused approach with a proactive drive to succeed
• Professional attitude and high level of motivation
• Valid UK driving licence
