Minimum 34 Month Contract (Potential to Extend) We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build housing scheme in Galgate, Lancaster. This is a temporary position offering at least a few months work, with the opportunity to see the project through key delivery stages. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring the programme, quality standards, and health & safety compliance are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day operations on a new build residential development Coordinating subcontractors and trades on site Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification Monitoring progress against programme and reporting to senior management Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site presentation Liaising with clients, suppliers, and inspectors as required Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build housing projects Valid SMSTS CSCS (Black or Gold Card preferred) First Aid at Work certificate Strong organisational and leadership skills Ability to drive programme and maintain quality standards Whats On
